Shipping Policy
Delivery
Exteriors For Living will deliver to the shipping address provided by the customer upon ordering. Cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight of item (s) ordered. Shipping costs are shown at time of order checkout. Speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the mode of delivery and product availability. at any time prior to the final checkout, you can opt out of the purchase process. However, orders may not be canceled upon departure from the Exteriors For Living warehouse (which may be earlier than estimated time of shipping).
For gift items, we recommend that you advise the gift recipient when to expect the package (you will receive an email with the estimated date of arrival once the item is shipped). Packages that are left unclaimed at the post office will be returned to Exteriors For Living after 10-15 days (may vary in different areas).
Upon receipt of "unclaimed" packages, we notify the customer by e-mail or phone. At that time, the customer can choose to have the order refunded (less shipping and a $10 restocking fee). Otherwise, they can choose to have the package reshipped, but the restocking fee and new shipping costs will apply.
Delivery METHODProduct delivery is subject to the corporate policies governing the primary delivery company used by Exteriors For Living, which is presently Canpar; as well a to the corporate policies governing other delivery companies used by Exteriors For Living from time to time. Delivery will also be subject to policies concerning the signature of waybills. If you are absent from the delivery location provided to Exteriors For Living, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from the above mentioned company in accordance with said company's policies. For inquiries regarding delivery to remote Canadian locations, please contact customer service at 1-888-969-4029.

Regular Shipping to Canada: Ships out of Etobicoke, Ontario Canada within 2-5 business days on in stock items
Expedited Shipping Canada: Ships out of Etobicoke, Ontario Canada within 2 business days on in stock items
Note: Exteriors For Living offers ground and expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for post office addresses. If it is determined that a delivery is not available in certain areas, we will advise the customer via email as soon as possible, and a full refund will be made immediately.
Returns
Please use Canpar to mail returns with proof of purchase. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Return can be mailed to the following address:

Returns will be accepted with the original proof of purchase (order confirmation) up to 30 days* from the date of purchase (with the exception of large scale orders and sale items (see below)), and on the strict condition that the product has not been used or removed from its original undamaged packaging. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Exteriors For Living within 7 days of receiving it. Exteriors For Living does not accept C.O.D. returns. It is advisable to return items via Canpar.
Refunds may take 10 or more business days to process (depending on the policies of your credit card issuing company). Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the balance of the return. the customer is responsible for insuring the contents of the returned package. The cost and risks of product returns is the customers responsibility, unless Exteriors for Living failed to deliver the product ordered, or if the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Exteriors For Living will assume the costs and risks related to transportation via Canpar, provided that you confirm the return instructions with Exterior For Living prior to shipping your returned items.
Exteriors For Living tries to keep shipping costs at a minimum for its customers, which means that at times it may cost Exteriors For Living more to ship a package than it has charged. Therefore, return shipping costs may be higher than the price paid by the customer to receive a package.
*IMPORTANT: Returns are not permitted for large scale orders (10 or more of the same item) unless defective or damaged during shipping. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact Exteriors For Living at

exchanges
All customers will be allowed one exchange within 30 days of purchase, but some exceptions apply. Large-scale orders of 10 or more of the same item do not qualify for exchange or return. The deadline for returning or exchanging seasonal decor items is 5 days prior to the seasonal event (e.g. Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc) We will be happy to exchange and return your item one time only (customer is responsible for all shipping costs and risks). Orders with one exchange already will not be eligible for any future exchanges or refunds.
Sale merchandise
Sale merchandise is non-refundable. Returns, store credits or exchanges will not be accepted on sale items.
